Mass HIway Event Notification Service Stakeholder Session

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), Mass HIway is gathering information and input for a planned offering of an Event Notification Service (ENS):

ENS can provide real-time notifications to the patient’s healthcare providers regarding their admissions to , discharges from, or transfers from a hospital.

This in turn would allow clinicians to respond with information and/or clinical support.

EOHHS seeks your input on how an ENS may benefit you as a healthcare provider.
